Simon himself was awarded “Apprentice of the Year” in 1989 whilst serving his apprenticeship with Chartdale Homes. Our customer base is mainly focused in and around the Grimsby Area but consideration is always given to enquiries within a reasonable distance of the town. From the beginning we promoted a philosophy of high quality and attention to detail.
